prepare to be adept for everyday life challenges

We were hiking as my daughter fell asleep, so I carried her (12kg) during 50 min (over 2km).
Nous faisions une randonné quand ma fille s'est endormi,
alors je l'ai portée (12kg) pendant 50 min (plus de 2 km) <3

about liveAdept founder

John-Edouard Ehlinger
Stuttgart, Württemberg, Germany
John was born in Mulhouse, Haut-Rhin and spent his youth in Annecy, Haute-Savoie. After completing his Master's degree in Mechatronics (Engineer) in Toulon, French Riviera, he has come to work to Swabia, South Germany, in 2007 and founded his family here. Actually he is project manager for an international automotive supplier in the field seat belts. He is also a founding member of the nonprofit Parkour Stuttgart association. From 2009 he was co-head of the introduction workshops of Parkour Stuttgart. From 2011 he founded the theme workshop for the regular participants. In both cases, he get the full enthusiasm of the many injury-free participants - thanks to its helpfulness, creativity and mastery of various techniques. To allow his participants a quick and lasting improvement, he strengthens their self-confidence, gave individual exercise suggestions and used the video analysis to illustrate them. Through the different discipline he trained - swimming competition, aikido, inline skating, lifeguard, water-polo, parkour, mixed martial arts, krav maga, méthode naturelle and movnat - he understood the real sense to train... live easy.
